VERONICA COOPER (Two, Cage of Cages) is an actor and writer, currently performing with improv team – Bowflex, and sketch group – Waiting on a Friend. She is very excited to work with 3V Theatre on Starf*ckers! For updates on her work, visit veronicacooper.com.
McKENNA COX (Gwyneth Paltrow, Goop Girls) is a NYC-based Meisner-trained actor and candy enthusiast. She pursues work in theatre, film, TV, sketch comedy, improv, and commercials. Some of her favorite roles include Carol Cutrere in Orpheus Descending, Judith Canfield in Stagedoor, and Alice in Alice in Wonderland. KATHRYN FRAY (Amy Skillman, Goop Girls) hails originally from the UK and Australia where she has worked extensively in theatre, film and television for many years. Most recently in New York she appeared as Mrs. Bassett in Tennessee Williams’ Summer and Smoke directed by Terry Schreiber, and Mistress Quickly for the Inwood Shakespeare Festival. In the UK Kathryn’s credits include the world famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival, a variety of plays and musical theatre (notably Bobby Michelle in Last of the Red Hot Lovers and Marta in Company), the premiere of an operetta, and a feature film with the multi-award winning director Michael Winterbottom. In Australia she performed at leading festivals and venues as principle characters in both contemporary and classical plays (including Viola in Twelfth Night, Una in Blackbird, and Alice in Closer), musical theatre (key roles in Assassins, Parade and The Full Monty), as well as television productions, and commercials for international brands. JEFFREY S. GILBANK (One, Cage of Cages) is a recent California transplant, and received his Bachelor’s in theatre at CSU Long Beach. His most recent acting projects have been Black Footnotes, Fragile Thing Cracks and the film Billy in Motion. A multi-faceted artist, he also was the set designer for Ophelia Theatre’s production of Floyd Collins. Jeff expresses his love for his friends and family, on both coasts and everywhere besides.
ALEXANDRA HIOTAKIS (Sheryl Sludgery, Goop Girls) is proud and excited to be a part of 3V’s Starf*ckers. She spent over 10 years traveling and performing only to come back to her love, New York City. She recently closed The Accident (Jo), Dye It and Exorcise (Kelly) and Get The Gig! (Andie). Her favorite theater roles include Never Have I (Julie), Monstrous Love (Facilitator) and Pedestrian Casualty (Ms. K). She currently working on building her film and TV resume. ERICA JENSEN (Cooper the Copper, Cage of Cages) is thrilled to work with 3V again! She has performed in several 3V staged readings and other plays for various theatre festivals all over the city, including the NYC Fringe Festival. LUCY LOCKE (Becky, I Heart Uncle Jesse AND Jean, Bad) is thrilled to be part of the Starf*ckers ensemble! She has recently been seen on Tru TV’s “Hack My Life” and MTV’s “Girl Code,” tickling funny bones through the tube. KELLY MARIE McKENNA (Donna Jo, I Heart Uncle Jesse) was last seen on stage at The Triad in Free Weights and From the Kid’s Menu with Ticket to Eternity Productions. Previous credits include Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (Center Stage Theatre), Numbers Racket (The Secret Theatre), The Book of Liz (No Name Players), Camino (Hiawatha Project), Valu-Mart (Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre Company), Macbeth (Gaslight Theatre Company), A Dream Play (Bricolage Production Company), Lydie Breeze Parts 1 & 2 (Open Stage Theatre) and Casino Liberty (Pittsburgh PACT). She also participated in two seasons of the Young Playwrights Festival at City Theatre Company where she helped young writers learn the craft of playwriting and dramaturgy by staging their original works. RACHEL PFENNIGWERTH (Grace Patterson, Goop Girls) – Favorite stage credits: Mein Uncle - Eva/Erna (3 Voices Theatre), Wizard of Oz – Wicked Witch of the West (Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre), Julius Caesar - Casca (Secret Theatre). Rachel recently worked with Qianying (Joy) Zhou and Drew Taylor on the international “Hobbit” fan trilogy challenge judged by Peter Jackson himself. The video went on to win first place in the United States. Rachel is in a loving relationship with an awesome man, but on her “celebrity list” you’ll find, Taye Diggs, Robert Downey Jr., Seth Meyers, and probably Brittany Spears, before she went a little crazy. CHABLIS QUARTERMAN (Billie, Bad) – is a native New Yorker who has studied acting at LaGuardia Arts and been nominated in the Best Actress category at the Strawberry One-Act Festival two years in a row. She has also been performing standup comedy around the city for the past three years, completing all levels at the People’s Improv Theater (The PIT) and performing regularly at Comic Strip Live. Chablis is thrilled to be part of a 3 Voices Theatre production (Caged! Staged Reading Series) for a second consecutive year.
ELIZABETH RINALDI (Dr. Annie Benjamin, Bad) graduated from the Maggie Flanigan Studio in 2014 and has studied with Jack Doulin and Ken Schatz. Favorite roles include Ada in Women Behind Bars and Lavinia in Mourning Becomes Electra.
ALIZA SHANE (Director) is a director, playwright and producer and co-founder/Co-Artistic Director of 3 Voices Theatre. Aliza most recently wrote and directed Mein Uncle, An absurdist fairytale about the seeds of inhumanity, produced by 3V Theatre. Past credits include: writing/directing Are You There Zeus? It’s Me, Electra (PC Award for Outstanding Direction), The Imaginary Invalid: By Prescription Only (PC Award for Overall Production), The Spanish Wives: A Groovy Tale of Peace, Love and Restoration, and The Three Sillies (NYIT Award for Outstanding Short Script). Working with Jenn Tufaro’s writing is always a delight, and Aliza is thrilled to have been able to bring these plays to life!
JENN TUFARO (Playwright) – Originally from North Dakota, Jenn has worked as an actor, director, playwright, stage manager, production manager, board op, designer and producer. In addition to Starf*ckers, Jenn has written short plays for all of 3V’s staged reading events. Select acting credits include: Baal (Looking Glass Theatre), The Maguffin (Stone Soup/Philadelphia Fringe), The Ghost Dancers (Stone Soup/June Havoc Theatre, MITF Award, Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Play), A Chicken Goes to Broadway (Samuel French Short Play Festival, Peter Jay Sharp Theatre), Young Jean Lee’s Church (The Public Theater) and Always Family (The Kirk Theater on Theatre Row). She has also produced/participated in six V-Day events in NYC/NJ. Jenn is the former Co-Artistic Director / Managing Director of Looking Glass Theatre and the former Managing Director of Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. And, she’s wife to the amazing Greg, mommy to her sweet boys Jake (2) and new baby John. HELOISE WILSON (Diana, Bad – Aug 21-22) is an actor and a playwright living and working in New York City. She is a graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and MFA program at Brooklyn College with Mac Wellman. She is very grateful for the opportunity to work with an exciting company. (Heloise used to be Blythe Danner’s personal assistant!!!)
JILL WURZBURG (Diana, Bad – Aug 23), a California transplant, is thrilled to perform again with 3V and watch Michael Jackson videos “for research.” Jill has worked out and about New York City as well as in the Bay Area (most recently, she performed in Writopia Lab’s Worldwide Plays Festival), and has trained at The Studio/New York, LAMDA, and Stanford University. www.jillwurzburg.com
